What is Our Exchange Policy?

We give you an option to exchange items purchased on Elanberg for any reasons within the specified exchange period which is 3 days from the date of delivery.

Sales products doesn’t eligible for exchange only sizes can be exchanged.  

A processing fee of ₹100 will be applicable for every exchange request. However, for any subsequent exchanges, a processing fee of ₹150 will be applied.

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a pick up service.

Self ship:If your area pincode is not serviceable for pick up, you will need to self ship the product via any reliable courier partner. After shipping, you have to share courier receipt with us on email id order@elanberg.com

What is Our Refund Policy?

1) We provide refunds only in the form of a Voucher.

2) Products once delivered can only be exchanged for another product or Voucher.

3) Our Voucher has no expiry date and can be used anytime for future purchases.

4) Items will be considered for Voucher/exchange only if they are unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

5) All custom-made orders are non-returnable

For orders placed via Snapmint payment, refunds will not be applicable under any circumstances. Only exchange of the footwear will be permitted as per the exchange policy.
